The payments in execution of the Purchase Contracts stipulated through the Site can be registered by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, bank transfer in advance and, for the only deliveries to be made in the Italian territory that does not concern personalized personalized products, with money cash on delivery of the products (cash on delivery). Payments for purchase orders to be delivered outside the Italian territory can only be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. The customer is required to choose the chosen payment method when completing the purchase order. After the conclusion of the contract, the selected choice can no longer be updated.

Payment by PayPal

The Valtortiano Editorial Center s.r.l. reserves the right to ask the Customer for supplementary information (eg telephone number) or to send copies of documents proving the ownership of the credit card used for the completion of the Purchase Agreement. In the absence of the Client sending the information or other required documentation, the Centro Editoriale Valtortiano reserves the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, giving simultaneous communication to the Customer at the e-mail address indicated by him.

If the Customer proceeds with the purchase with payment of the price through the Pay Pal service, he will be directed to the site www.paypal.it, where he can make the payment according to the instructions, the conditions and the terms provided by the service itself.

Payment by Credit Card

– If the Customer proceeds with the purchase by paying the price by credit card, the relevant banking institution will immediately verify the validity of the credit card and, upon successful verification, will charge the total amount of the order.
– The information relating to the credit card used for the purchase is transmitted through a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution managing the transaction.
– Centro Editoriale Valtortiano S.r.l. reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g., telephone number) or the sending of copies of documents proving ownership of the credit card used to complete the Purchase Agreement.
If the Customer fails to provide the requested information or additional documentation, Centro Editoriale Valtortiano reserves the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, notifying the Customer simultaneously at the email address provided.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Payments by bank transfer must be made in advance on the current account in the name of Centro Editoriale Valtortiano S.r.l. at the following coordinates:

- For foreign transfers: Iban IT 19 T 01030 74471 000001084883 – Swift PASCITM1FRI
The order to which the payment refers will be in preparation after the crediting of the entire amount due by the Customer will be carried out and visible among the list of active movements of the account of the Valtortiano Publishing Center affected by the payment itself.
Upon payment, the Customer must indicate the reference number of the order to which the payment refers.

Payment on delivery of the products (cash on delivery)

In the event of non-payment by the Customer, for any reason or cause, the Centro Editoriale Valtortiano will invite the Customer in writing to provide the balance and will have the right to charge the Customer a default interest equal to what is required by law; in this case, until the Customer has regularized its debt position with the Valtortiano Publishing Center, the latter also reserves the right to cancel any subsequent product deliveries, to terminate any existing Purchase Contracts as well as blocking the purchase functions through the Site, without prejudice to compensation for any further damage.
