Father Corrado M. Berti, O.S.M. (1911-1980), professor of sacramental theology and the first editor of the Valtorta editions, conducted an in-depth study of the details of the Passover meal as described in Maria Valtorta’s major work.
His notes are reproduced, along with the Valtorta text, in this monograph, which in the appendix reports an interesting discovery by Msgr. Luigi Scioli on the meaning of the washing of the feet.
