The astronomical analysis of Maria Valtorta’s visions of the life of Jesus, made possible by the presence of information regarding the principal celestial bodies, has enabled a genuine historical investigation, enabling the association of precise dates with the narrated events. The determination of the dates of birth, death, and the main events in the lives of Jesus and Mary, thus obtained, has highlighted an unexpected and surprising concordance with the chronology derived from similar visions of Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich.
Liberato De Caro, a physicist and researcher at the National Research Council’s Institute of Crystallography, is the author of around one hundred scientific papers published in international journals. On his way to the permanent diaconate, he completed the required theological studies at the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences Odegitria and the San Martino Oasis of the Diocese of Bari-Bitonto.
